I asked hot water to drink to my room and it was never delivered

It was clean and the staff was very attentive. The view was not the greatest. We faced the back towards a bad dirty business, which impacted the experience overall. I know is out of the hotels control but we asked for a different view and since we booked it via Booking.com apparently there was nothin the front desk could do. But I had to book it via that site since via Marriott.com the rates were more expensive. I wish there were alternatives even to pay out of pocket for such modifications related to views upgrades

Location Dining too small

The location either for business or tourism in Mexico City is perfect. The rooms meet the expectations. The fire alarm kept going off for no reason in the middle of the night. This happened all throughout a week-long stay.

One of the best places to stay with the family and near to almost everything to make activities in CDMX. Breakfast was just OK. Breakfast have just a few options.

The customer service and the location of the property. There was nothing I didn’t like about the property. I was very satisfied with my stay.

The corridors had an unpleasant, strong smell. Not sure if carpets had been recently cleaned or it was coming from the air con, but was pretty nauseous.

-- I was victim of theft. I left my phone inside my backpack, in my room, and stepped out. When I came back, I did not found my phone. The hotel employees provided little to no help.

The elevator would malfunction, and there was no staircase. The room and the lobby did not have a heater.

Nothing The staff was the worst… the lady sitting in the front desk was very rude and unprofessional. She literally was looking at me and deciding not to answer any of my questions. The rooms were very uncomfortable. I literally had to cut my trip short and go back home because the staff in this hotel were the worst. Don’t even get me started on the breakfast, no eggs, no bread, very limited choices on fruits. I do highly recommend not to stay in this hotel

The location I think the lack of hospitality from the staff in general. During our stay we didn’t get de room we where supposed to. Also the A/C had issues and there was a lot of heat in the room, the response from de front desk and maintenance was very poor… so really disappointed
