The room was nice and spacious. The staff were very friendly. And it was a great location. Always felt safe as well The internet did not always work and I did not have a walk in shower.

the hotel is amazing, roof top workout area and also pool, the food options were amazing, coffee, the room was amazing as well. a big room that had everything! some of the security acted hostile for a moment. I had gone out in the morning, and came back around 1pm to catch a break, i sat in the lounge area. Some of the security people kept looking at me, and started circling me. I was wearing shorts and a tee shirt, and yes I did look a little worn out from being out all morning. One of the guards kept staring at me, so I decided to go to the lobby bathroom, when i came out. He was there staring at me, i finally got angry, and said i'm staying here, and showed him my hotel card. he knew he was in the wrong, and said i'm looking for someone else that walk in the bathroom. I said i was the only one, and I didn't appreciate it! I walked out to get a snack and came back about 10 mins later, and i didn't see the guard. Maybe ask or don't assume some isn't staying there, because i paid alot and didn't expect to be treated so badly. also i asked if i could stay an extra hour when i was leaving, the front desk person said no, sorry, you've stayed your stay. i couldn't believe how rude she was. truly was disappointed by a few of your workers. not sure i'll come back to sta

Returning to Galeria Plaza Reforma after 7 years for a week-long stay was a fantastic decision, and it still completely holds up. The location in the heart of Reforma is unbeatable, and having a Starbucks right inside the lobby was such a convenient bonus every morning. The staff provided top-notch, welcoming service throughout our 7 nights, making the whole trip feel seamless and comfortable. It offers incredible value for money in Mexico City—especially if you're lucky enough to catch a good deal! The breakfast standard could definitely use an upgrade, as the spread felt a bit underwhelming for a hotel of this caliber. Adding more variety—especially expanded vegetarian options—would make a world of difference for guests starting their morning here.

The location was central, the rooms were good, the staff were great. Gym and pool were also nice The cleanliness was a little bit hit or miss. We walked into our room on the first day and the pillow right in the middle of the bed had a huge stain on it. The housekeepers also don’t knock - they just try and enter. This happened multiple times, thank god we had the deadlock on

The location was perfect The treatment by the employees was questionable, my worst experience with staff in mexico. Plus i didn't get my refund for the 2nd room i booked that i didn't occupy like they told me. I try to contact the proprety they answered once then ditched me and now when i call i only here their "on hold" song for minutes.

Exceptional

The rooms were big, the pool area was perfect, and the executive floor benefits were exactly what we were looking for. The elevators had some issues - cars scan wouldn’t work all the time, and there were only 3 so they were slow at peak hours.

There is not much good about this hotel other than location. The hotel is extremely worn and in serious need of renovation. The carpet is filthy and heavily worn, and the furniture and bed are uncomfortable. The coffee maker in my room did not work, and there were no wine glasses provided. When I asked to borrow some from the restaurant, my request was refused. For the high price, the quality and service are simply not acceptable. The hotel is not worth what it charges. I do not recommend staying here and will not return. There are much better options in the area that offer far better value for your money.
