Clean and easy to get to, once inside everything works with your assigned keycard, lockers are nice and big for one piece of luggage, the pods are not as small as they look and they’re good for a short but convenient stay, the showers are really clean and the restrooms too The capsules are not noise proof and around the area it is pretty noisy

A bed between flights, no extras

I didn’t need to get a taxi to a hotel when I came in at 11:30 at night My luggage didn’t arrive so I asked them for a toothpaste and they sold me one for

It is first time and was a bit small

You really have everything you need in your pod. Bathrooms and showers just outside the room were really clean. I had some trouble finding the place... probably my fault.

Liked that I had access to clean showering facilities and washrooms. The bed was comfortable, got to sleep between my flights. It got warm in the pod after a couple of hours.

Very noisy not able to sleep all night you hear everything

Can't think of anything that I didn't like. The only suggestion I might have is to charge a little less for people who don't stay for a full day.

I wanted some coffee but I couldn't find any at the facility or a place to sit down and prepare for my trip. I could not find signs to find the capsules, however the directions were very good explained.

Hidden in airport No headphones

Location But flight times vary. I was about to go to sleep, people were coming and leaving, so it was so hard for me to sleep.

No complaints, although if I could give some advice, a small guide for the capsule itself would be nice.

It was sufficient and very convenient for 1 night. The staff were kind and professional. The place is very quiet and everyone was respectable of the rules, allowing others to sleep. The bathrooms and common areas were clean and maintained frequently by staff. The capsule or "room" was enough with a tv, lights, many charging plugs, a blanket, and pillow. I wish there had been better chairs or a more convenient common area in the bathroom to get dressed or put items when digging thru the locker.
