I liked that they gave me an extra Pillow when I asked for it. I didn't like that the internet signal was.not strong at towards the emergency door.

Hotel sent me the wrong directions and instructions on how to a find the location, I was booked in terminal 2 and they sent instructions for terminal 1 by mistake. The location is very challenging to find as there are no signs throughout the airport.

Clean and quiet Distance to facilities and sleeping quarters are far apart. Location is not easily accessible and requires stairs to access reception desk.

Not much other than it is a place to lay your head in the airport when needed. They try and price gouge you if you walk in. They were charging triple the price of booking.com if you walk in. It's like sleeping in a big coffin and staff are not invested nor do they care.

I like that it was close by and offered an alternative to sleep. I didn’t like that it was outside security, and the staff wasn’t very friendly. They also never responded to my inquiries before my arrival. The staff really needs some serious work.

The first pod I stayed in was a bit dirty. There was hair and some food that was left behind. The showers were nice but I didn't have enough space to place my things.

I got there at 1 am after 2 hours by bus… the attendant “Karen” told me that they did not have water several hours from my arrival. Forcing me to stay in a place that I was not even able to use the toilet. They could email me ahead of time to fix or go to another place. Izzzleep did not…. At 1 am what could I do??????????? On top of that , on the paper sheet that they made me sign , they asked if I needed the wake up service…. I did ask for that, and guess what??? Not even that!!! I will never set foot on this place again !!! ??? Nothing

Very clean and conveniently located. Kind staff. The fan in the pod is a bit noisy and the pillow is uncomfortable

So different but so unique. Price Was a little High

I will say, that the noise is very evident through the pods. It is very easy to hear another person moving in and out of their pod, and that may potentially wake people up. However, this is inevitable and understandable.
