One small bottle of water was provided for guests. Late at night my wife and I got thirsty, but could not drink tap water ( not advisable for foreigners- not safe). I went down to the desk in the lobby and asked if we could get one more bottle of water. I was told that only one bottle is provided for the room. I said " The water probably doesn't cost you much, maybe a few pesos, can't you just give us one more bottle? We are spending more than $200 US for this room". The desk clerk said no, but they would send up room service to give us a bottle of water, at a cost of 100 pesos. I said this is a ridiculous overcharge. You really can't afford to give us one more small bottle of water which practically costs you nothing?? They said "NO". So I went down to the airport concession level, even though it was late at night, and purchased a large bottle of water for 23 pesos. So in conclusion,, this ruined our opinion of the hotel- you're so CHEAP you can't spare one bottle of extra water, when requested, late at night. You might want to re-think this policy
