Suites Mine

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. During my stay, water started leaking from the ceiling, forcing me to change rooms. The new room was uncomfortably cold, and the fridge was very noisy, making it difficult to relax or sleep. On top of that, the staff were unhelpful when I explained these issues. Instead of showing understanding or trying to resolve the situation, they made the experience even more unpleasant. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay, and I would not recommend this hotel.

I loved how beautiful and spacious the apartment was. It felt more like a full suite than a hotel room. The bathroom was great, and the large patio was a really nice bonus. The walls were extremely thin, so I could hear almost everything, conversations, footsteps, doors, and noise from the parking garage. I was placed on the lower level (negative one), right above the garage and on the same floor as management and housekeeping, which meant constant noise throughout the day and night. There was also a large window facing the outdoor/parking garage lights, and those lights stayed on all night. The brightness made it very hard to sleep.

Good location, quiet but in proximity to other neighborhoods. Plenty of space, comfy bed, 24 hr security, and AC in unit. Minimal amenities, mediocre cleanliness, thin walls

I loved the location and the design. The lobby is stylish. Loved the rooftop bar area. I couldn’t stay longer :)

The spacious room and filtered water machine in the hall. Close walk to everything in a quiet area, especially for a huge city.

Location, staff, comfort spaciousness! No a/c in the room. We were given a cooler but it wasn’t to our satisfaction.

We absolutely loved our stay! Suites MINE is in a perfect location, and the staff is great (we mainly interacted with Edgar, who also helped us to arrange a day trip to Puebla!). The room is super spacious and clean, and the rooftop bar looks pretty too, although we didn't have enough time to try it out! Overall, highly recommended. Thank you! Nothing

Space and location The offer of “parking spot” it was difficult. The staff the need to are more decision maker. Clean there was a cockroach on the toilet

Very nice and accommodating staff. 24 hour security. huge suite with kitchen. area of hotel had lots of restaurants and coffee shops and convenience stores, rooftop terrace with bar, easy to get to sightseeing areas, near the park. rooftop not open until 10:30am. the suite walls were thin and conversations could be heard, no screens on windows. first floor suite no outdoor balcony and noise of party goers coming back in early hours awoke us nightly. take note NO AIR-CONDITIONING however the day starts in the 50's and gets to the 80's and our room on the first floor was never hot. Mosquitos stopped us from leaving window open.
