Water pitchers are way too small. I per room is not convenient, especially if ones room is far from the dispenser!

The place is clean, everything works properly. We arrived at 5pm and our room was not ready. The staff handled it well, but we were in a rush and had to wait.

Location was great. Room was great, with everything we needed, comfy bed, and beautiful view over the park. Buffet breakfast was great, especially fresh papaya and pineapple and omelettes to order. There were computers for guests and staff printed my conference paper and boarding passes. Staff was very helpful and sought to communication and meet our needs despite our very limited Spanish. Nothing.

The property was good location I reserved a king size bed and was not available Extreme construction from early hours Day of check out at 9 am started knocking on my door Ladies at check out where not very nice Tv are not even smart

I got there early in the morning and the lady at the front desk was extremely helpful. She assisted me with the best rate possible and early check-in which I really appreciated. All the personnel was efficient and helpful. I have stayed at this hotel several times and this is definitely my place to stay in Mexico city.
