No objections. The staff was very nice, and the hotel is pretty well located. The airport is easily accessible, it is UNAM and the city.

TERRIBLE service! They broke into my room. I was sleeping and preparing for a chemotherapy treatment the next day. They justified it because I didn’t answer the phone! Beware your privacy is NOT respected in this hotel. NO respect for people with handicaps. CALL the police should this happen to you! TERRIBLE service! They broke into my room. Staff were attentive and efficient and the facilities were very clean. Amenities are too basic and the beds are tiny. They’re advertised as queen beds, but they’re twin beds. Final price was high for a hotel of this kind.
