Loved the exercise mat, the coffee machine was great too. Staff were very friendly and helpful even for non-Spanish speakers. Room is cleaned at your discretion so absolute privacy is guaranteed. It was a bit pricey, considering other options around.

Room was large, staff friendly and I liked how easy it was to get to places There was a gap between the window and the wall which let in sound so it was noisy

Very friendly staff. Spacious, comfortable room. A bit far from certain attractions like Frida kahlo, but otherwise great.

Located on the edge of a wonderful neighborhood... Part of the lower end of the Wyndham hotel chain. Modern minimalist, with a safe, electronic key, hot water and a kitchenette. Within walking distance to a slew of great restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Restaurant attached. Really close to the Bosque De Chapultepec. Room is immaculate and new. Pump soaps and shampoos, good lighting, etc. Noisy. If you're facing the main Street it's loud. If you're in the back it's still noisy. There's definitely an odor of sewage - it is Mexico City, kind of hard to get around that. Could use some tighter security such as having to use a key card to go upstairs. There is a sliding door by the elevator that is sometimes open, sometimes locked allowing anyone to just walk upstairs into the hotel room space. For the price point you can do better. Pay more, get more.

Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. Air conditioning was great since it was very hot. The tv is huge and it had a coffee machine with free coffee! It could be a little noisy outside.

I’ve stayed here for more than 20 times I believe The hotel is very comfortable and well located, especially for moving around different parts of Mexico City. The room was clean, modern, and quiet rooms facing rio Nilo at night, which made it easy to rest after a long day. I also appreciated the friendly attitude of the staff and the efficient check-in process. The overall design feels practical and contemporary, and the Wi-Fi worked reliably during my stay. For the price and location, it offers very good value. I would especially recommend it for short stays, work trips, or anyone looking for a simple but comfortable option in the Cuauhtémoc area.

The hotel was great. Everything was well maintained. The location is sort of bad. It is located next an expressway and it is noisy. If you are staying more than one night though, you kind of get used it. Noise leaks to the hallway from the rooms but surprisingly, you can hear nothing from the hallway in the room. The hotel is located next to an expressway, so you can hear cars all day. I honestly didn't find it annoying after the first night. I got used to it. This hotel really should be an 8/10 rating except for the following thing, that makes it a hard no. In the restroom, the toilet and shower are located on an elevated platform that actually requires quite a big step. Once on this platform, you need to take another step to get in the shower. There is no towel rack on the elevated platform. It is on the unelevated portion. It is an accessibility nightmare and honestly, potentially dangerous. I personally fell down the step forgetting it was there to get a towel. This is a really weird choice by the hotel builders. Such a shame because the staff is amazing, the hotel is great for the cheap price.

Very convenient if you want to be close to the reforma area, near the Angel de la independencia, the place is small, quiet and very clean Everything was fine
