I had requested an early check in and was denied until past 3pm.

location is great, room although it was a bit small, it was very clean and comfortable, with all the amenities. Bed was comfortable and pillows same. well...I arrived late night and I could not get anything for dinner because room service was limited up to 10 pm and uber eats was cancelled because the hour

The breakfast is not enough, protein options are paid, so it's better having breakfast out of the hotel.

Location in the mall. Clean. Most of the staff were nice. The receptionists were always nice and helpful. Nice size room and bathroom. Heat and air conditioner worked. Bed was comfortable. A good value for the money. Everything was good

Location is perfect for my needs as I'm close to friends and family. The rooms are noisy, specially the ones facing Eje 8. It is not the traffic, rather the A/C from the shopping center. It's impossible to fall asleep with such noise level! The front desk staff seems to be on a mission to "upgrade" your stay to a double room (those are the noisy ones!) They finally stopped trying when I told them to that I would like to see my reserved single room *before* checking in or I would just go to another hotel.

Clean, comfortable, efficient. My room was quiet and I didn't hear neighbors although there were families around. Small gym on the property. Located in a nice mall so convenient for shopping if this is desired No operable windows in the room. Included breakfast was basically fruit and carbohydrates. Eggs were extra.

its attached to mall and that's the only convenient factor. Room was small with poor quality mattress and pillow. Bathroom- shower- not good - sometime comes hot water, water stagnant in the floor during shower- partially blocked drainage. no chair in room. First time I have seen breakfast only include bread, cornflakes, machine coffee (worst quality), packet juice. However, you will have to pay extra for eggs and omelet (minimum 155 Mexican peso per dish). ON top you need to carry your card for payment for everyday after breakfast (one day I forgot to pay, the breakfast person reached my room with card machine to make payment- very unprofessional). They dont have system to clear at the checkout. Overall, City express plus does not go with Marriott brand.

Location was perfect and very easy to reach and good parking and service. There was a horrible noise the whole night from the bathroom. It was a loud pump working non stop! It was not possible to sleep.
