Very good location. Good price! It only have one outlet that was very problematic. Besides that the rest was very satisfying great people, good cleaning staff they hang up my clothes and arrange my shoes.

Uncomfortable bedding, dirty and even though we prepaid the 3 nights were rejected a refund for the 2 nights we didn't stay. Terrible customer service. No response to invoice request. Just overall terrible.

Very good It is a sex hotel with secret parking spaces and a few ladies of the night spotted in the hallway but the location was perfect for our purposes.

I needed help with my luggage and they took my luggage and we walked to the bus terminal directly to the gate so was leaving from. That was a big help

cheap, spacious, quiet. close to supermarket and Office Depot the sockets far away for the electronic gadgets.

Clean, cheap, close to Mega and subway jacuzzi was awful, the tv and projector were terrible.

Comfortable and convenient location. Pretty quiet at night. Room design was a little strange as this seems to be a motel (and motels in Mexico = couples looking for privacy) with some rooms functioning as hotel rooms.

I think this is not a 4 star hotel, also i had to left the hotel after only 3 days of stay and they did not want to return anything to me

Nothing There were suspension signs on the front of the establishment. Had trouble opening the entrance door. Looked nothing like the photos on Booking.com. No staff. Our room was cold with no windows so we decided to look for another hotel. We felt insecure by the suspension signs.
