Great location, beautiful property… The concierge kept forgetting to make the bookings we asked them to do.. we asked for restaurant booking, they confirmed the reservation but we found out that they didn’t make it when we went there.. the room smelled food in the afternoons, probably because of its proximity to the kitchen.. the pick up car they arranged from the airport was the oldest and dirtiest car I’ve ever been... they apologised for it when we told them after arrival but these are not acceptable faults for a hotel which charges the same amount as Four Seasons…

Loved the staff who were extremely kind and helpful. Location was excellent in terms of getting to the Anthropology Museum, Chapultepec Castle and Park and many, many restaurants. Loved the happy hour which provided opportunities for visiting others. Breakfasts were spectacular. Very good gym. Only thing I would do next time is ask for a room that looks out onto the street. Also had a bit of difficulty getting the temperature in the room down low enough, but that may be because we are Canadian and used to a little chillier weather!
