great location!
-
Location and facilities The room assigned to us was at the entrance of the place so every time people came in and out there was a lot of noise also the window was not tinted so we couldn’t open the curtains otherwise everybody would be able to see inside the room and when people were smoking outside all the smoke would come in so we couldn’t open the windows either

i booked 4 night 900pesos/night to end up with a room with only 20*40 cm window, when i asked to be moved i got a room on the ground floor literally beside the main door the room was very noisy . i had to open once to a customer who saw me from the window and asked me to open for him seems he thought i am the door man. the management of that hotel should mention on booking that the room has no window/very small window . i felt i spent 2 night in sauna -cause the room has a small room and the other 2 night i felt like sleeping in the street cause of the noise .
-
the cleaning service not coming very often, i stayed for 8 nights but no ones coming to clean up my room
-
True to description, convenient location The window in the room faces the street, although is safe, smoke comes inside from the street and makes it hard to have the window open for ventilation.

Washing machine needed an app to pay.

The property itself is nice, with a well-equipped kitchen and a very convenient location. However, despite these positives, I strongly recommend avoiding this place due to the serious issues we experienced during our stay. On our last day, the room flooded with foul, dirty water due to a sewage backup. While we were out, someone from the property noticed the issue and cleaned the room, but they left our bags soaking wet and didn’t notify us. When we returned that evening, we found our belongings damaged and immediately contacted the property. Although they allowed us to use the laundry facilities after hours, my girlfriend’s computer and passport were completely ruined. We reached out to both the property and Booking.com for compensation, but the property refused to take any responsibility, claiming the issue was caused by another guest flushing food down the toilet. Regardless of the cause, it was not our fault, yet we were left to deal with the consequences on our own. This is not a cheap place, and the lack of accountability and care is unacceptable. If you value your belongings and peace of mind, stay far away from this property!

The room was very hot due to the lack of air conditioning, and the only window, located in the bathroom, faced the interior of the building, offering no ventilation. The room had a tiny floor fan, but it had some dust on it.

I chose to stay in Escandon because I was arriving late at night, and they had a receptionist available until midnight. Based on what I read, I expected a fully automated check-in process since I received a code for the building and apartment. However, there was actually someone there to welcome me and make sure I could check into my room smoothly. The WiFi was strong, and the location was quite convenient for CDMX — relatively close to the airport. The good thing was not is not adjacent to a busy street so there is no much traffic that could disturb you. I have not used any of the property facilities expect going in and out of the room. I booked the budget option, but it turned out much smaller than it looked in the photos. The room barely fit a bed and luggage — no space for anything else. The building has a central square surrounded by apartments, which made it quite noisy at night and early morning because of the echo. Since my room didn’t have a window, the air felt stuffy, and the ventilation system made a constant white noise that made it hard to fall asleep. The hot water needed some time to come on.

Great place to stay in Mexico DF, thanks for everything. Everything was great!
-
24 hour reception. Clean. Access to kitchen and laundry machines free. Beautiful rooftop patio. Beautiful space and decorations. Rooms lacking ventilation. Not a problem if weather is good, which is the majority of the time in cdmx, but during hot weather, I wouldn’t book.
-
The neighborhood didn't have many cafes or restaurants, more suburban type neighborhood.
-
very reduced space
-
The only thing I wished the room had a small fan at least... It is a little hot for me.
-
The area is very good in Condesa, it is safe and close to restaurants and grocery stores They do not give you complimentary water and the water in Mexico is not drinkable. we were thirsty at night
