The breakfast was great and the women staff were friendly No fridge or microwave :(

Room was clean and nicely appointed Reception desk is like that of a ghetto gas station. It’s sealed in glass, so that you must shout to the staff through a small opening at the bottom. It is not at all welcoming, in fact it gives the impression that the place has been robbed frequently, or that it is an unsafe neighborhood. Also, at 7 am the scrambled eggs already had a layer of crust, and they, along with the other items were cold. The breakfast area was not well maintained.

Good bed, good wifi, helpful staff, good shower

The rooms are big, very comfortable, unique set up with the desk and lots of room for your luggage. Breakfast was delicious everyday, eggs, sausages, hot cakes, tacos, cereal, bread and sweet bread and more. Wifi is not very good at all.

Great value for the money! Plenty of breakfast options, clean and comfortable rooms, and helpful staff. My husband and I appreciate the staff being patient with our limited Spanish when we had to use Google translate.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay. The room and design is very modern and stylish and excellent in form and function, and the indoor parking is tiled and beautiful. The free breakfast has many options and has excellent hours of availability, and the location is good for walking to many places nearby (I recommend walking to the laundromat). Also, it was very affordable for a lengthy visit. The rooms were not as soundproof as I had previously read - this is mostly what you can hear from the neighbor through the doors and things - it is fairly well soundproofed in comparison to other places I have been. As well, there were times when I had difficulty with my Wifi connection. Luckily, it never occurred while I was doing work conferences, but it did make some online tasks difficult in the evenings.

Mostly everything was about our expectation or above. Specially good the beds and pillows comfort, room space and moving pouffe stools. Indoors Parking very convenience and comfortable. German decoration very nice. Not precisely not likely but something to improve is the next to achieve excellence: 1) Shower room floor should not be slippery 2) Include some fruits in breakfast 3) Add a multi functional gym machine in gym.

Once I had a big piece of glass in a jam which I put in my mouth, I was shocked because it was so dangerous. It was at the breakfast. I told to the waiter and she smiled and said that it was probably from the broken jar where was thus jam taken from. So what??? It could be more glass pieces in the jam. Small pieces people or children could swallow and it is dangerous for the organs. Very strange situation.

This is my third time staying at this property. The beds, as usual, are very comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. Appreciated the smart tv and the fact that I could watch Netflix (unlike at chain hotels). This time around, there was no soap in the soap dispenser in the shower and the soap dispenser by the sink wasn't functional. I did report the issue to management and they were responsive. But, for the price, the room and the amenities are reasonable.

Good parking spots. Easy check in and valuable to have a breakfast there. Rooms are alright. Fair price. I heard our neighboring guests TV like I was watching with them, so the walls and doors are very thin (and other guests inconsiderate). The guy with glasses at the check in didn’t say a single word more than he needed (plain yes and no’s). Like come on man, show some hospitality! I think it’s because a large portion of the guests are “love” guests. I arrived with a big luggage though, like u was clearly not one of them. First I believed there would be a clear separation between those type of guests but it seems like they are everywhere in the hotel. However, I also saw families so a kinda strange mix overall. Price was fair though, even though I know alternatives for the same price that are better (weren’t available though).
