Nothing to like no hot water in the showers we have been moved from room to another room Zumba class under the room we stayed so much noise and discomfort as guests in this hotel we just had a very bad experience

This hotel was exactly what we needed. It’s beautiful and modern. It’s in walking distance to many restaurants, boutiques, coffee shops, ice cream shops, everything! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. There was security 24/7. The neighborhood is so beautiful. My partner and I travel to CDMX for work and this will be the hotel we will be staying at moving forward. Smaller pillows

Nice location, helpful and friendly staff. Really nice room, well decorated, with bath. HEATING!!!! For 4500 pesos per night, that is what I expected in a cold place like Mexico city. It was 6°C at night. Also the bath water was too cold to take a bath. Which was super strange as the shower water was way to hot to use without adding cold water.

That It was close to the place I needed to visit. Every day starting at 7am in the morning, construction work began in the hotel that caused very loud noise and was very disturbing. The bed sheets were dirty, and they moved me to another room that was smaller than the one I paid for.

It's like a Relais & Châteaux but in Mexico. Outstanding charm hotel with great service and modern rooms. I'm impressed by the quality and luxury during a business trip. I can't find a thing that I didn't like. It was a good experience.
