The staff, made me wait til 3pm to check in. Where bookings said 1pm check in. Also I was called back in to make a payment til 30 minutes after I checked in.

Location No Air Conditioning in the room. Too much noise from the avenue. Only one pillow per guest and a very tall one. Impossible to sleep with it. I had to improvise with a towel to have a head rest.

Beautiful decorated and large room Noise protection of windows unacceptable. Very high noise level during day and night.
