Great location and staff! Heater didn't work the last two nights. Stairs!

Breakfast was absolutely delicious. Staff was outstanding, communicative and accommodating. Beautiful hotel and comfortable rooms. Honestly everything was wonderful. No complaints.
-
1) room was super small 2) using the cabinet for clothes - was super uncomfortable, becouse the rooms so small and bed literally didn’t give us use cabinet proper

Location in Polanco very good, but hotel on the corner of noisy roads. The hotel insisted on payment in advance of 50% of the cost despite booked on booking.com as payment on arrival. Very bad idea. The (most expensive of all rooms) room was on the ground floor with thin single windows. Extremely noisy from street trafic. Hardly any daylight and zero view. Bathroom not heated and very very cold. Warm water only after water running for 5 minutes.

Location, staff, refreshments and snacks available all the time Nothing to dislike

more than I expected! The best boutique hotel in Mexico City I have stayed. Perfect for lovely surprise with my wife Honestly I liked everything. No regrets
-
We were a bit disappointed with the decoration that looks much better in picture than in real. Many maintenance work is needed, especially in the bathroom (paint cracks, etc.). We stayed at better hotels for much cheaper in Mexico City.
-
The breakfast was absolutely wonderful. Great choices, excellent, fresh food. The location was in a lovely part of Mexico City. Easy to walk to restaurants, shopping. The room was dark-ish...better lighting would be great.

The property combines nineteen thirties charm with modern comfort and amenities. Excellent location, quiet. Attentive professional staff. Highly recommend this hotel.

Gorgeous and artistic decor, gracious staff, wonderful food, and super comfortable beds! This was my third stay at Pug Seal. Music was a bit annoying.

We had the most relaxing stay at this beautiful boutique hotel in Polanco; it was so quiet and peaceful and we loved waking up in the morning to hear the birds chirping outside in the garden; all of the staff were so friendly and helpful; the bed was enormous and very comfortable; breakfast was fabulous and I loved that they had 'cafe de olla' every morning; we loved walking around the neighborhood, with all of the shops, cafes and restaurants, as well as all the public parks and tree-lined streets - highly recommended. Nothing.
