I (female 57) arrived at the hotel after a 3 hr flight from Tijuana, the Hotel looks nothing like the website. I wanted to speak with the front desk and request a refund since the hotel was booked 20 minutes after landing around 2:30pm but they had a hand full of people that look as unhappy as I was, I figured I would contact booking.com but unfortunately, they have yet hear from you. I felt unsafe and fooled. Please refund my purchase. Thank you the facilities did not look like the website. It looked smelly and dirty.

Nothing Everything. Close to the airport but you need a taxi to reach it. Small and dirty room. Went there for a few hours sleep. Party just outside with firecrackers to make vibrate wall and window. At the time of leaving in the middle of the night, the person at the reception didn't know where was the key to open the gate and we had to adventure ourselves through some ramps of steep stairs to reach the exit and get our taxi.
