The location The roof noise

The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Roberto y Ivania. The room was very comfortable. It was well located to access many of the things we wanted to see in the city. The neighbourhood felt friendly and safe. Would definitely stay again. The people in the room above kept dragging furniture around early in the morning and stomping around in hard shoes so it was hard to sleep in.also the alleyway had loud men socializing into the night a few times during the week but it was generally very quiet as the street isn't too busy so it wasn't too big a deal.

Hive Hotel is the perfect stay as it's close to the metro bus, very comfortable and relaxing, especially the shower, and has friendly staff responsive to every request.

It was a perfect stay. Super friendly staff, the room was really nice with great amenities, the rooftop was a great addition. Small pool but enjoyable. Live that I was able to bring my puppy. I would gladly stay again. They could sweep the room floor better but no dealbreaker.

The rooms are big They aren’t cleaned properly. There is a bar at the bottom or at the 5 th floor that had an event that went on late night,.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. Everything was outstanding, from the cleanliness and comfort of the room to the quality of the service provided by the staff. Everyone was professional, welcoming, and always willing to help. I would also like to extend a special thank you to the team for their understanding and kindness regarding my checkout. I mistakenly got confused about the checkout time and ended up being late, but the staff handled the situation with great professionalism and empathy. Their flexibility and understanding made a stressful moment much easier for me.

Nice comfortable stay, great central location for Napoles. Sometimes a little bit of noise, but it didn't go too late. Really very minimal, I would gladly stay here again.

Good location Dark rooms, things do not look cared for (roof terrace), unmotivated staff, food not good.

No exhaust in the bathroom so the humidity stays in the room. Air conditioning only works if the room window is slightly open.

The location is great because its more of the locals living in the area, but 5 or 10 minutes to Condesa, Roma, etc.

The room layout and that it's close to WTC Pubic and other hairs on the bed sheets. Visible foot dandruff on the foot end of the bed sheets. The worst thing is that there was a feces stain on the toilet seat. It was apparent that the room had not been cleaned. The staff was nice and moved me to a room that also had hair on the sheets (less and no pubes). It was after 2am and I was tired from traveling. I ended up staying in the room and was able to rest well because of how tired I was. Pics aren't great, but uploaded anyway. This facility lacks nothing other than cleanliness.
