The Cardozo Hotel was a wonderful home away from home. The daily breakfast was superb, and the staff was consistently professional and kind. Although it’s right in the heart of the action, the hotel feels quiet, calm, and serene. I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend it to couples, solo travelers, and families alike.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location on Ocean Drive. Quiet room with beautiful decor and comfortable beds. Very attentive staff and wine on arrival! Felt safe and secure. Coffee available in the morning on floor 2. Live music every night was good. Free bikes which were great for exploring Miami beach on the bike paths. No pool. No laundry facilities. Hotel bar was very expensive and there was no free coffee/tea available, only in the morning, but this was expected in Miami. Food nice but expensive and small portions.

Location perfect, nice rooms, cool lobby and restaurant, comfy bed, great crib and comforter for little one. We loved bikes available for guests for 2 hours ?? And also coffee shop in the building was very convenient ? Mold on the ceiling above bar ?

Customer service was not that well organized. Had my reservation cancelled without advising and waited about an hour to get another room. They originally wanted me to get a smaller room but after insisting I was able to get the original room. We received a complimentary breakfast but staff seemed upset about it when ordering. Food was not what we ordered but we just wanted to get out and start our day. Overall it was ok.
