Leslie Hotel Ocean Drive

We had a fantastic time at the Leslie. The room was cute and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant on site was convenient and delicious. Access to the beach was easy and close. The hotel provides beach, chairs and towels. Cute swimming pool on the rooftop. Great views for people watching and close proximity to shopping and restaurants.

The rooftop pool was beautiful and well maintained. Also had a great hot tub which is rare. Had an attendant that also took our food order and delivered the food from the on-site downstairs restaurant. Room was comfortable. Great location in the heart of south beach. Only downside is they give you camping chairs and a portable umbrella for the beach. Not comfortable so if you want loungers will need to rent them. The loungers / good umbrellas are available for rent on the beach.

The service and staff was great. The A/C in our room went out and they were able to accommodate us by providing another room immediately. The pool is a vibe and the location of the hotel was perfect.

Very satisfied with this hotel. It is very clean, food is delicious, beautiful rooftop pool and the staff was always willing to help with anything I needed.

Wow!!! Best vacation stay we have had in awhile. The hotel, service and food were all great. We were even giving towels, chairs and an umbrella to enjoy our time in the beach. Wonderful place to take a break.

Location was excellent, right on Ocean Drive, can't get much better than that. Modern enough room, although not obvious from the outside. Comfortable and clean, it included all the usual amenities. The paid breakfast was in fact a voucher to use at the associated restaurant from a reduced set of options, not the full menu. Tasty though, and service was good. Noise. Everywhere. The room (101) was next to the 1st floor main door, and the noise from the corridor outside was not pleasant, banging door and people talking loudly as they walked past our room door. Furthermore, the noise outside the window (closed and locked shut) was loud enough that it was keeping my young daughter (and us) from falling asleep. It's the downside from being on Ocean Drive, I guess. The valet parking is in fact a third-party service, which is very expensive and felt dodgy, although there was no problem in the end. We tolerated it for a one-night stay, but it felt weird and restrictive. There's a parking garage 2-3 minutes' walk around the corner from the hotel with very reasonable prices, so I would definitely use that instead. The hotel looks and feels dated, felt almost like a hostel when we walked in. It could definitely do with an update, didn't feel very inviting. Felt more like a place for young, party people, not a family.

Right on the money, facing the beach . 5 minutes walk to the main shopping street. 20 minutes drive to the airport.

Everything was perfect and great. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean. The facilities were great, and the location is perfect. I will definitely be back at some point in time. A big shout out to our pool attendant, Dixon, he was very helpful and helped us with anything we needed.

How close it was to the beach! The hotel did not have water to drink. There were cleaning products left in our room. Our phone and tv did not work- the tv was stuck on one channel and the lobby wouldn't help. AT 10:30 am we started getting knocks at the door and notes slipped under the door that checkout was PROMPT at 11 and we would be charged if we were not out of the room. There was also a $200 deposit that was not disclosed when I booked and paid for the room.

The room amenities were nicely done, spacious, and rooms were very comfortable.

The hotel is very clean, and the staff was always helpful. They provided free beach umbrellas, beach chairs, and towels. One night while we were headed out for dinner, heavy rain had started, and the staff provided us with umbrellas which we brought back at the end of the evening. Overall, the hotel is upkept very well, and the staff does an excellent job.

Fabulous stay. Perfectly placed and the best service. Stay during the memorial air show and it literally was the best set in town at the roof top pool a jacuzzi. 10 out of 10!
