Perfect spot but hotel needs to be refreshed. Stayed only one night and would book again if price is right. Do your research on parking. Wrong advertising on Expedia. Ended going to the public parking near by and was affordable. Resort fee charged in addition to the room.

This locations was in a great spot that allowed us to walk around South beach and enjoy the beach and lively life. Breakfast was a bust but other than that the room was nice the elevator was petite but managed….

The staff went above and beyond when we had an issue with room security. They were helpful and understanding and made sure the problem was addressed.

This was a last minute getaway for my husband and I. We had a late check in and was greeted by Charlene. She was so pleasant and very kind. The room was clean, and recently updated and the hotel is convenient to everything in south beach.

Location ONLY Over priced I've never been charged for a microwave before. Charged be 20 dollars. I feel as though they're being greedy and just will not renovate the property. I literally felt like I was falling in the tub! The tub wasn't angled right ! I hated it !! Toilet is so low!!! The prices are ridiculous for nothing. Staff was nice however offered the microwave only to tell me 1hour later I have to pay 20 dollars for it. After spending 400 on their room!!! NEVER AGAIN

Location is good, only a block to the beach. Rooms were quite small, bathrooms needed work. Was an ok stay for one night before our cruise.

The room did not seem that clean. The linen had a stain on it but we still used it. We did not use the amenities because it looked unsanitary.
