Friendly staff, great location, big rooms with kitchenette It is a bit dated which is also part of the charm I suppose

The Location was Everything! The Beach being across the street was Great and lots of Restaurants nearby! Decently priced. There was no elevator even though I was only on the second floor-If you have trouble doing stairs, it's a bit challenging with luggage, though the host did offer to take my luggage up for me.

Great location, two blocks from the beach, stores and bars near by. Staff were very friendly and accommodating during the entire time and even offered towels and umbrellas for the beach. Abundance of towels and toiletries supplied. Spacious and comfortable. Secure entrance and double locking doors. 24hour CVS Nextdoor and shops in walking distance. Overall a beautiful property with beautiful rooms. I didn’t have the wifi information in my room and had to get it from someone else. Phone signal was spotty, so would have been nice to have. No tissues in the room, but made do with toilet paper! Television channels were a bit had to navigate without a guide.

Excellent stay, clean rooms and facilities, kind and helpful staff. The location is great just a 2 minute walk from the beach.

Location excellent. Right next to the South Beach and all the shops , Bars and Restaurants. Spacious room and big bed. Microwave, Fridge provided and coffees etc Nothing

Staff were friendly. Location is near the beach and clubs. Very noisy, till 3-4am music and cars are annoying. For this price I found it very expensive. Rooms were not clean at all. There was not even 1bottle of water in the room to drink:/

Location was great. It is two blocks from the beach and one block from all the vibes of ocean drive. Conveniently located to various I just restaurants. The room itself is outdated but I was warned. I also didn't like the low water pressure from the shower.

Great location and great value. If you have an early flight before reception opens I’d suggest to arrange check out process beforehand
