We really enjoyed our stay. The location was exceptional, just off Ocean Drive right by Muscle Beach — truly unbeatable. The apartment was simple but clean, with a small yet functional bathroom and a well‑equipped kitchen. For a beach place, we only missed having a proper space to hang wet clothes. The area is also great for getting to Miami Downtown, as several direct buses to the city center leave from the adjacent street. Absolutely recommended. As the location was just steps from Ocean Drive, with all its restaurants and nightlife, the street could get a bit noisy at times, but it wasn’t a major issue for us.

It was perfect! The hotel, the host, and the staff were all amazing. The location was ideal as well, everything was within walking distance. I would definitely come back again.

I really liked the location, it was perfect. Lots of restaurants around the area. Very close to the beach. The apartment was clean. Alejandro was very helpful and arranged a late checkout for me :)

Cant believe this place rate so high. Very dirty, lots of cockroaches everywhere, fans didn’t work properly. The location is right in the center of everything which has its benefits but expect noise throughout the night.

The apartment is spacious and has that classic Art Deco charm. Being just one block from the beach is a huge plus. We stayed in an inner-facing room, which was incredibly quiet despite being so close to Mango’s and Clevelander. The kitchen is great (full fridge and oven), and the cleanliness was spot on—everything smelled amazing. Having beach chairs and umbrellas available was very helpful! The Wi-Fi was weak and unstable, and the TV is not Smart. The kitchen lacked wine glasses, a corkscrew, and paper towels. Also, there is no sofa or armchair in the room, meaning you have to use the bed for everything. Lastly, the bath towels are quite thin.

Actually we loved everything. The apartment wa very spacious, everything worked fine, fresh towels and garbage collected everyday. Beach accessories available. There’s everything what you need to cook your own meals if you want to. Laundry room downstairs which is also great. Perfect contact with the owner. And all of it for very good price. We will back here for sure. Everything was fine.

I would highly recommend this venue to everybody, the biggest advantage is this is not regular hotel room, this is entire apartment for your own! The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need! Fully equipped kitchen perfect for cooking, iron, iron board, hair dryer, desk, table, closet. The location is also perfect, close to the beach and night life. I would definitely recommend to all my friends and family and I will definitely come back! There is absolutely nothing to dislike about this venue

The location is absolutely perfect, close enough to all the main action in south beach without the noise. The host Alejandro is amazing also. Cleaner was super friendly and came every 2 days. Little kitchen was clean. Back gate access with the key was also very handy. Came in music week and for the price I was a little worried cos it was very cheap considering but turned out great
