towels changed every day. Breakfast was basic but adequate. Omelettes made to order. Beds comfy. Aircon very good and quiet. Easy to control. Lift to third floor is small but fully functional. Stairs available to go down and also as fire escape but not up, as it locks from the inside. ie pushbar. Staff friendly and helpful. Not all spoke English but not a major issue. Shower in bath needs replacing but worked ok. Bath quite slippery and some with mobility issues might be at threat. Felt safe and secure. No keys or cards. Use of pin codes only for external gate and room. Might confuse some people, especially if inebriated...

We arrived late but got a very warm welcome from Susy. The location is excellent. The room was massive and the staff were great.

Location is amazing! This is not a hotel with all the bells and whistles but you CANNOT beat the location! It is close to everything and the staff is helpful!

I travelled with my family everyone liked the hotel and locality, the staff was very friendly, breakfast was cheery on top, they cook n serve eggs the way you like, beach was very close by, transit, markets and shops were walkable distance, will highly recommend this hotel if you’re planning ti visit beach, Biscan Bay, Cruise port as they are nearby.

A great spot in south beach Miami, just a block from the beach. The hotel room was good for my family and I with a lot of room. Complementary breakfast was good as well and saved a lot of money since everything in south beach is expensive.

It's conveniently located 1 block away from the beach. Very nice staff and friendly budget hotel. I would stay there again

Great location, luggage storage sround corner because no one at desk until 3 for check in. Room was apt size and good. Coded door instead of key, and coded gate after 8 pm felt safe.

In the art deco area of South beach. Fun and enjoyable. Room was old, but very good…shower was…cool! I have stayed in a lot of hotels around the world and THIS was the BEST hotel breakfast I have ever enjoyed…. I’d come back if Miami calls.

great location with FREE breakfast is rare at the price and location. All people are super nice and friendly, front desk really helpful to make my TV working and breakfast also. Stay with my family 4 days for the spring break. Really good experience

Great staff but limited times one can check in. Older place but large room with working older A/C so was happy to not be hot in south beach. Had a good stay and would stay again as it’s reasonably priced and in an awesome area of south beach.

Excellent hotel right off of Ocean Drive. We were treated so nicely by the hotel staff after our flight was canceled and another flight delayed twice. They were so accommodating to our changing arrival time and explained the check in process so well. Highly recommend staying at Stardust!

When I arrived, the guy working the front desk was very nice and helpful. My major complaint is no one answered the phone before I arrived. 12 hours after booking this hotel I needed to change plans. I called the hotel 5 times, over 2 days, during their open hours, and left a message and no one answered or called me back. I reached out to Hotels.com to see if they could get a hold of someone and they didn't have any luck either. I messaged the hotel through Hotels.com and 2 days later they finally got back to me, but by that time, it was too late. I don't understand how a business doesn't answer their phone especially when they say you have to contact them if you're checking in after 10pm. If my flight had been delayed, how was I supposed to let them know I would be arriving after 10pm? After I checked out, I did receive an email and a text via WhatsApp confirming my security deposit had been refunded. Which was nice. There was no beach view from the hotel. At least not from our room. We had no view at all really. This was an OK place to stay. It was clean and did offer breakfast daily. The breakfast was the same every single day; omelet with ham and sandwhich cheese, yogurt, toast. Bacon was offered one day, basically barely cooked. The room is big. The sheets are thin and cheap and come off easily because they dont really fit the mattress. We did sleep well. I did not like that we had absolutely nothing as far as a view because its like a motel and if your curtains are open people can see in. So we were closed in during the 4 days. There are a lot of rules you have to sign
