towels changed every day. Breakfast was basic but adequate. Omelettes made to order. Beds comfy. Aircon very good and quiet. Easy to control. Lift to third floor is small but fully functional. Stairs available to go down and also as fire escape but not up, as it locks from the inside. ie pushbar. Staff friendly and helpful. Not all spoke English but not a major issue. Shower in bath needs replacing but worked ok. Bath quite slippery and some with mobility issues might be at threat. Felt safe and secure. No keys or cards. Use of pin codes only for external gate and room. Might confuse some people, especially if inebriated...

Was so welcoming bed was one of the best iv slept in Manager was so lovely and lady who did breakfast such a godsend helpful with everything well good value for money x Property was amazing and I would happily stay again

The beds were very comfy, the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Chi chi the cat was really cute. The rooms were clean and had great air con. The location was first class. The rooms were basic but clean with all relevant provisions.

We arrived late but got a very warm welcome from Susy. The location is excellent. The room was massive and the staff were great.

Highly recommend. Nice, clean, basic room in the heart of South Beach!

Desayuno bastante completo y lo mas destacable fue la excelente atencion de Susy, Alejandro y Blas. Super atentos, siempre dispuestos a ayudar en las consultas tipicas que surgen. Me senti como en casa.

Location is amazing! This is not a hotel with all the bells and whistles but you CANNOT beat the location! It is close to everything and the staff is helpful!

The situation is excellent. The room was big and comfortable for three of us. Breakfast was good enough and personnel in the canteen was very nice. Even though, there is no private parking on-site, there is a parking very close to the hotel.

It was really clean and the hostess very kind. The location was amazing I think it was not a big deal to have water on breakfast spot.

I travelled with my family everyone liked the hotel and locality, the staff was very friendly, breakfast was cheery on top, they cook n serve eggs the way you like, beach was very close by, transit, markets and shops were walkable distance, will highly recommend this hotel if you’re planning ti visit beach, Biscan Bay, Cruise port as they are nearby.

A great spot in south beach Miami, just a block from the beach. The hotel room was good for my family and I with a lot of room. Complementary breakfast was good as well and saved a lot of money since everything in south beach is expensive.
