They staff wasn't very helpful and not polite. No smiles no warm welcome or departure. I requested an early checkin and did not get it. I paid for a city view and a wall building view. My shower was for wheelchair accessibility which I did not need. Therefore the water from the shower would spill into the bathroom floor making a pool of water in front of the sink. I'm sorry but I will not recommend this hotel.

The location is great very accessible to the beach and nearby restaurant . They have superb service from the reception and all the designated staff . The room's so spacious , thankful given a corner room with a part of the ocean view . We' ve noticed that the carpet on the hallway especially going to our corner room was not that clean , need to be vacuum all the time . Door and lock has to updated too.
