We had a fantastic time. The room was huge (we were in a standard double) and the free bike rental was a really nice touch. We rode on the boardwalk and Ocean Drive.

A good hotel. Decor in the room and coridors was very nice and fresh - I stay in a lot of supposedly good hotels and this one was very decent for the mid level price of the hotel. Rooms were of good size and quiet. All was generally very nice. However, we visited in August and the hotel was too full for the amenities. Every row of loungers taken poolside and people getting up early to claim spots. Likewise the gym was tiny for the size of the hotel and only open until 7pm, which is just a bit lazy for a big hotel. All in all, I would stay at this hotel again if I just wanted a room but I would not come expecting to fully enjoy the amenities unless it was during term time and there was a better ratio of people.

Too crowded at the pool and service at pool was not the best.

I felt property was kept clean and in good condition. I did not use pool area so no comment. My room on 12th floor was pleasant and comfy. The buffet was elegantly displayed and food was good. Concierge was helpful in charging cell for me.

Clean room with an excellent view. Family friendly and all staff were very helpful when needed. Highly recommended!

We loved everything! Is in a great walkable location, loved the beach, pool and the restaurants were all fantastic! We live in Florida about 3 hours away, will definitely make this our Miami destination again very soon!
