Helpful. Friendly. The only thing that I don’t like is how deep the pool is as it’s a big part of the pool that isn’t used by many.

The only improvement would be to have access to a microwave to heat up leftovers. When we asked we were told a microwave would be an additional $25 fee. I’ve never been charged for a microwave, other hotels bring it to your room upon request.
