Air conditioning was ok but not great when it is 95+ outside. Parking is confusing and front desk staff was not very knowledgeable on area parking options

The hotel restaurant is operated by an outside company that appears to set its own schedule, with no consistent or reliable hours for hotel guests. They can simply close up and leave at their discretion, regardless of the needs or convenience of the guests. As a result, there was no dependable restaurant, bar, or room service available during our stay, and even poolside drinks were unavailable. For a hotel, this is a significant inconvenience and should be clearly communicated to guests before booking. Check-in was also a major inconvenience. The hotel’s system clearly needs to be updated, as the process was unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. To make matters worse, on the morning we were checking out to board transportation to our cruise port, we woke up to find that our room had no hot water. Having no hot water when preparing to leave for a cruise was particularly frustrating and unacceptable. Overall, the lack of reliable food and beverage service, difficult check-in process, and loss of hot water made this stay far more stressful than it should have been. Guests should not have to wonder whether basic hotel amenities will actually be available during their stay. I hope management addresses these issues and ensures that future guests have a more reliable and convenient experience.

From the beginning, the staff came across as disorganized and incompetent when it came to addressing basic guest concerns. One of the biggest issues was the AC unit not working properly, which made our room extremely uncomfortable. For a Miami hotel in August, functioning air conditioning is not an optional amenity—it is a necessity. Despite bringing the issue to the staff’s attention, I did not feel that there was an appropriate level of urgency or effort to resolve the problem. Communication was another major issue. The hotel failed to clearly communicate the lack of certain amenities and services prior to or during our stay. Had we been properly informed, we could have planned accordingly or chosen accommodations that better suited our needs. What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of accommodation toward my birthday group. We were staying at the property to celebrate a milestone birthday, and rather than feeling welcomed or assisted, we repeatedly felt as though our concerns and requests were an inconvenience. I was not expecting special treatment simply because it was my birthday, but I did expect basic hospitality, clear communication, and reasonable attempts to accommodate a group of paying guests. Overall, the combination of the malfunctioning AC, poor communication, lack of amenities, and unhelpful st

Some of the staff members were very kind, such as the waiters or the manager. The first person to welcome us was not so nice with us, she was unpleasant. I’m also trying to ask the refund of the deposit but the hotel NEVER respond the demands. I also tried to ask some information 2 week before my booking and they NEVER responded my questions.

With My ID and my credit card all properly given to the Front Desk it took 25 minutes to get my room keys and I was the only person being serviced.
