the shower water is too hot. the facet didn't work to adjust temperature.

Our room was great, and we were able to use the pool and beach chairs.

Room was dusty and it doesn’t say your staying at another building but over all all was good.

It’s very dark in the lobby and small facility. There’s is no parking except valet parking which is 45$ per day. There are others in the area with food and very nice lobby

The place is great, be aware that there’s a $45 a day resort fee at check-in

The place overall is quite good, the swiming pool place is good, the location ins general, the fact that the reception is 24/4 open, and the fact the beach is walking distance with a partnership with towels and other services a the beach. - The room had a moisture smell which was not good. The staff ignore my requirement of changing room. - The supplies were for just one person when we were two - We left the room ready for housekeeping and the did not proceed with it - The room is small and somehow not well distributed, is not practical - One kamp in the room was the plug in bad shape, my wife the burned in the hand after a shortcircuit when pluggin in.

Great hotel, clean all over top to bottom and wonderful staff.

They overcharge me. Resort fee and others plus demande a $600 deposit. Did not return my $600 on departure. Will never stay there again!

This is my 3rd time staying at the Plymouth South Beach and is truly the only hotel i will ever stay at in South Beach. It's a mere 2 blocks from the beach and a hop, skip, and jump from Lincoln Road. There's also several bars and restaurants in the area. The rooms were very clean, the staff was great and i loved going to the bar and sushi restaurant at the hotel. The pool is quaint and though it can be pretty busy, if you time it right, there are periods where i was in the pool by myself. I also want to add that after a long travel day with my husband (after our flights were delayed and our luggage went missing) the bartender gave us a complimentary drink as it was my husband's birthday. I also want to mention that my husband accidentally knocked over a bottle of liquor in the room and we were not charged. 5/5 experience as always.

I absolutely loved the property, it was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. The staff was amazing, especially the front desk staff!! The kids enjoyed the pool and we met a lot of great vacationers!!!

Lovely pool area. Nice quiet part of South Beach, but still close to everything. Guestroom bathrooms lack a bit of privacy, but I would definitely stay here again.

My only complaint is that the golf cart did work that shuttles you to the beach. I also called down for ice but I think they forgot about be.

I love the Plymouth! A very chic historical boutique hotel. The lobby and hallways are a little ratty but the rooms are updated and clean, great location!
