Price and availability and helping my situation with a special needs child. The door didn’t seal well and heard everything in the halls with it being pet friendly I heard dogs barking. Would have just been nice if the door didn’t have gaps

I got 2 triple bed rooms. They put us 2 floors apart even though I was booked 6 months in advance. They only have one little elevator so you wait forever to get it. My room stunk really bad like mildew I asked for a new room as my kids have breathing issues they didn’t care. They said I could leave for 20 mins a they would clean it better. We came back an they did nothing. I travel all the time and the staff here were some of the worst I’ve dealt with. I don’t recommend this hotel

The pictures on line are false advertising. I was supposed to have a kitchenette, there was an hot plate with a very small refrigerator,also the shower water was not hot nor was the pressure hard enough. I’ll never stay here again. Not even for a short stay

We loved it here at Turtle’s Nest. We had a ground floor poolside 2 bedroom unit. It was wonderful stepping out into the pool or on the world class beach. The daily housekeeping service was excellent and thorough. 1 or 2 maintenance issues such as a patio door that didn’t lock. Good washer and dryer and WiFi was good. Fabulous restaurants and beach snack bar within short walking distance. I would definitely return here.

The location is rather far walk for our group to the beach. It wasn’t as close to Art Deco as I would’ve liked. However, it was clean and served its purpose for our night stay before our cruise.

The space we had was amazing! Both bedrooms were very big and spacious. Having kitchen facilities was definitely a big bonus and the living area was very comfortable. It could do with having another lounger, and it certainly has the space for it. If the property had a pool, or had an agreement with a hotel nearby that we could use their pool facilities, that would have topped the experience.

On arrival everything was fine until we were told there had changes been made to our reservation taking away one bed and providing a sofa bed. When we attempted to speak to the front desk lady she was rude and we could not get anywhere as she stated we had booked with a third party and not them directly. They add a resort fee a simple hotel that it has nothing of a resort.
