Location was beautiful and price unbeatable

Very convenient location! The staff was friendly and clearly communicated with me at the start and end of our stay, we felt comfortable the entire time. The television in the room could connect with streaming services and YouTube so we could access regular entertainment that we have at home. Very nice! The floors were just a bit dirty, but that was my only complaint really. If they were mopped and sweeped more that would be perfect!

It was still on the island so it worked for me and there was a big Walgreens and 24 hour shop . In walking distance The shower head was bad . The water would stay hot and consistent but the shower head is so small you feel like you need to cup the water , the locks didn't really seem safe if I was a group of female I may not go because you can't really trust the lock or door

Nothing Everything

Parking Customer service, roaches, spiders and palmetto bugs in room. Bed was horrible, TV barely worked. AC was open to outside on both sides. Water was brown. Lesson learned, not again.

Excellent location, clean rooms, clean pool, good wifi, ice machine worked, good TV's and kind staff Parking was a little insufficient for the amount of rooms, but if you get to your room before 10pm you'll find a spot

Great location Old place not well maintained. Only 2 flors, a place like this is normally called a motel. There is Internet Wi-Fi but nothing else.

Was a decent location, not too far from the beach. The rooms appeared clean however our first room had random hairs everywhere, switches that didn’t work and the toilet overflowed after flushing once, and instead of moving us to a room after reporting it, they handed me a plunger and had me go try and fix it first, surprisingly nothing changed, and only then did we get moved. Our second room we quickly found had multiple bugs under the beds, and upon reporting this we were given other room once again, which ended up have a few dead bugs under those beds as well. Staff did little more than acknowledge it, do nothing and leave. Each room had a foul Oder and most likely have never had more than a “light” cleaning.

Honestly nothing It was horrible experience. The room was dirty, the water in the washroom are brown in colour, the flush wasn't working properly. Everything was horrible

Importance to Guest Complaint All was average nothing to complain

The views was Beautiful . The staff was rude the door wasn’t working at first but we got a key that ended up working. It was small

I love staying at this hotel nice view ?

The a/c was sooooo cold. The room was clean, the view was awesome, the parking was free, the price was unbeatable! It's bare bones, but obviously you would know that.

The reception desk looks ghetto and dated.
