The pool was nice & view of the bay but the ice machines were all down. All 4 of them. No daily room service, floors were dirty. Sliding door to balcony was extremely difficult to slide. Restaurant food was a 3/10. Elevators didn’t work

Outdated, poor AC, noisy in AM, resort fee that no-one mentioned at d desk, will not come back…
-
Attached restaurant also very dated holes in cushions on benches and stained. I was so excited for this stay and was not impressed at all in fact I was very disappointed. The only noce part of the hotel was the lobby
-
The staff only. Never had a stay like this even for a night. Sleeping in a tent would have been better. Sorry but nothing was good. Everything Exept the staff. No water, bath leak, noise all night, ac not working.

The elevator is very slow but overall the hotel is really nice on the water very relaxing and peaceful

On the day we arrived, they charged us an extra $300—a detail we hadn't been informed about. Then, we were told the elevator was broken, so we had to use the stairs for a full week. Whenever we had a question, they never answered the phone. Housekeeping never came; we went eight days without the room being cleaned. On top of all that, they gave us the wrong room. I would never go back to that place; it is one of the worst.

Clogged sink and shower drains in ALL 3 rooms I reserved. TV channels do not all work! No microwave or coffee machine in rooms, only refrigerator . Incorrect billing seen when I checked my credit card accounts. Reserved with Expedia and was also charged by hotel. (Double paid)Management did not return my call to make the correction! Only good thing I can say is the pool was amazing.

The rooms was very clean and smelled fresh. The front desk clerk was extremely polite and helpful. Several things were broken. One of the elevator, one of the ice machines and most important the coffee machine. I was very disappointed not to get my morning coffee to start my day

The pool , views from the room, Amazing sized of rooms, very comfortable beds, nice large mirror , great restaurant, great value for money. The staff that works there were amazing and so kind The only thing I didn't like was that my card often didn't work to open my door , and I had to walk back to reception to get a new card almost every day. But the staff were so helpful

I stayed 3 different nights in 3 different rooms. The sinks and shower drains never worked well. In any of the rooms The sinks and shower drains took forever to clear the water. The toilet needed to be flushed twice every time. The television channels did not all work and were not properly lined up with the shows that were being aired. The rooms however were very spacious and clean. No coffee machine or microwave in any of the rooms. The vending machines do not work properly. The check in personnel were very friendly and kind and quick.

The room was nice and fairly clean. There were some very tiny bugs I noticed predominantly in the bathroom, but beyond that, it was fine and also well decorated. I will say it seems more of a motel than a hotel, but a slightly elevated motel. The restaurant attached is very good, the food and views were worth it. Currently, however, there is construction going on right next to the hotel and we were awaken by the loud sounds of metal clashing everything single day around 7/8am which is obviously far from ideal for being on vacation. I know this is somewhat out of the hotels hands, but I do feel like it’s not at all worth staying there right now due to that disturbance and rates should at least be reduced. I don’t know how long construction will be, but we stayed there July of 2026 and I would call ahead and ask regarding that if you’re looking to book currently. I also had an additional charge on my credit card after leaving of $45 and also have no clue what that was for. So overall, it was just ok.
