The property was nice for the price you pay for! The only inconvenience is that the walls were paper thin and you could hear everything from the hall ways and neighbouring rooms

This property doesn’t have a working elevator. The room was clean. The staff were polite. Didn’t eat on the property but there is many things near by. Outdoor pool closes early. I definitely think they should tell you before booking that there is no elevator especially when you like to be on top floors.

great experience

I had a room in the Bel Air building with my own Terrace. The hotel gave us champagne for our 5 year wedding anniversary, Our room came with a beautiful ice bucket, champagne glasses and glass coffee cups. The pool was beautiful.

We had a wonderful stay, the hotel was well maintained. We enjoyed the complementary breakfast and sitting by the pool.

Very good
-
Coffee pot was located in the closet, and no shelf space in the bathroom

Staff were amazing. However, the hotel itself unless on the top floor is very loud. The walls are thin and we were up all night.

Property is in a good area . The staff was very nice all staff. The hotel room Smelled molding not well Kept and my room had live bed bugs that bit my niece while Sleeping . I called staff at 4:00am whom came into our room confirmed it and took pictures of them. She stated she was reporting it to mgmt and they would get back to me . The bed headboards are made out of fabric and they are stained and look dirty . The bathroom doors are deteriorating on the bottom . The cabanas beds at the pool are dirty stain and just look disgusting . My family and I just used the lounge chairs not once we used the cabanas . I will not be going back nor recommending . Another thing good luck reaching front desk in the middle of the night if you need anything . No one picks up the phone and no staff for a long period of time in the front durring late night hours .

Super clean, staff attentive, wonderful fragrance throughout the hotel. Front allowed me to access my room early for a meeting. Only negative thing is ice machine is in a different building but beyond that it’s perfect!

Location was good , rooms were big although property was quite old and becoming dilapidated The management insisted in a physical card for the security deposit although I was not aware of the deposit beforehand and if I did not make the deposit , they wanted to cancel my room even though I paid them in full. They insisted on me getting a gift voucher to the value of the security deposit and said there system does not manage contactless by phone although the restaurant which supposedly provided complementary (breakfast) , which you cannot even call a breakfast , accepted contactless payments.

The elevator wasn’t working in the last building so we had to carry our suitcases up a flight of stairs. The room size was decent, the bathroom was quite small especially the toilet area. Also there was a damp smell in the bathroom (could be a Miami thing). Also there were no rugs in the rooms and so it didn’t feel as cozy. The pool area could be better maintained, the cabanas look like they haven’t been cleaned in a while. The pool itself was ok too (quite small) but then again for the price you pay it’s what it is. They had breakfast in the restaurant which was served ala carte, it was nothing special and I feel they could do better. We couldn’t get both coffee and juice and they saved 3 eggs and a slice of dry toast. I don’t think it would be a bad thing if they did a buffet style breakfast with more options but then again most hotels in America don’t even try when it comes to breakfast options. Overall if you just want somewhere decent to stay for a good price I’d say go ahead.
