My experience at this property was extremely disappointing. The photos were misleading, not a hotel it’s a hostel. For over $200 a night on Expedia, I expected a clean, comfortable stay—this was the opposite. The room was dirty, the bed was uncomfortable, and the noise level was so bad that the front desk actually hands out earplugs. The TV didn’t work, and despite asking several times, we never received a remote. The A/C barely functioned, the elevator felt unsafe, and the stairwell was filthy. To make things worse, I was charged $12 for two warm cans of soda. This was my first trip to Miami, and this hotel made the experience far worse than it should have been. Expedia should represent this property more accurately.

single bathroom for 12 bunk room. had to wait for turn in bathroom. carpets time for replacing. the refrigerators were tiny. Just put a large double door commercial like the hostile down the street. Very squeeky beds. could be fixed.
