Park Central South Beach

Location! Right across the street to beach access. Clean property & friendly staff. Our bed was comfortable, Continental breakfast each morning & access to bikes to ride. No storage for folded clothes & toiletries, not enough hangers in the armoire. No exhaust fan in the bathroom & hairdryer didn’t work.

I enjoyed the simplicity of the room

Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Very nice at all times.

Hotel is nice. Staff were friendly . Beach across the street. Hotel gives you towels and beach chair to use .Complimentary breakfast was good just wish they would have gave us water alongside our coffee or juice . My only complaint, I didn’t like my room’s location which was behind an exit door and near stairwell . Overall, I give it a 4 out of 5

The convenience to beaches restaurants and nightclubs

El personal muy agradable desde q llegas ,muy céntrico ,la comida de abajo exquisita la playa l frente ,la piscina es en un horario muy bueno pues es hasta las 8:30 ,te prestan toallas tanto para las camas de la piscina como para secarte de verdad volviera a hospedarme cuando regrese otra vez ,10/10 la verdad quedé enamorada todo el personal en si me hizo sentir súper bien

Also, when I complained to the front desk staff to change the room for me, he was giving attitude. It took the ntervention of security of the company (taking pictures of the soots and showing to him) before he agreed to have it changed. Let's go to the breakfast, I sat down, they handed me a menu list, before I could choose anything of choice, a tray appeared. I didn't get to choose my menu. They decided for me. What a trash I was served! Before I could say Jack Robinson, I was charged an extra $51 from nowhere. I've never had it so bad. Will never touch them again with a ten foot pole ever again.

Amazing pools and convenience. Modern clean and spacious rooms. Note: it will be very loud since it’s by the beach on Ocean st where parties and music go into early mornings. Staff were excellent. Super helpful.

The room was very clean and organized. There was a mini fridge, a coffee maker and bottles of water. The bathroom was stocked with shampoo conditioner wash. The building was clean and stylish. A complimentary breakfast was included.

The staff was amazing. Also the location was perfect and the food was delicious The issue I didn’t like was the shower. There is no privacy

The waitresses was making a lots mistake with the orders, the services was very poor only one waitress for 5 tables, front desk staff saving don’t know they kids or what going on The waitresses were making a lot of mistakes with the orders. The service was very poor, with only one waitress for 5 tables. The front desk staff seemed to not know the answers or what was going happening there

Their dinner and performancs were a night touch. Locations central and the beach is right school the street.

Everything was ok, except the elevator was not working properly. I had to walked up and down three levels of steps, not once but several times.

Best location and well managed

The location was great and staff very friendly. The room was clean and breakfast very good. The hotel has two swimming pools and is really great.

A perfect location in the middle of the South Beach scene.

We loved our stay at Central Park just accross the street from the ocean; the staff were great and very helpful. Everything needed at ou fingertips. The valet parking was worth it and the car available on 15min notice.
