Park Central South Beach

The location is very good, and the room was good. The services were poor, in special the Breakfast - takes forever for someone to serve you; the breakfast itself was good, but the service is super slow, and it is served outdoor in a very sunny area with no enough umbrellas - be prepared with sunscreen for the breakfast. The wi-fi in the lobby works, but there was no wi-fi in the room. The elevator is very slow. The room service in general happens by mid / end afternoon. The swimming pool area and the drinks there are very good.

The staff was rude and disrespectful. When we arrived I needed to use the bathroom and they directed me to one close to the main area. The bathroom was nasty and had diarrhea all over. I ran out. I reserved a room with view on the swimming pool but was given a room with no view. I had to pay extra to get the pool view. The sitting long chairs around the swimming pool were nasty. Our first breakfast at the facility, the waiter yelled at ys when we asked for cappuccino saying you can’t have that it’s not included. We were leaving without breakfast and the waiter started insulting us. It was a horrible place. I don’t recommend

The bed was comfy! Pool access and breakfast were a perk. 15% off anything in the hotel bar and restaurant.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. We got off a cruise and even though it was 10:00am they had a room available for our party and waived the early check in fee. Discounts available at the hotel restaurants. Food and servers were amazing!! Highly recommend this property.

Wonderful hotel which would have scored highly except for a dismal failure to resolve a simple problem. Coffee machine was not working and despite several requests to the front desk, no one took responsibility. Such a shame but 4 days should have been enough time to resolve this minor issue.

Only thing to add: The breakfast was a bit disappointing as they charged extra for eggs. The breakfast option included with the room was not good enough with just cereal and coffee.

The location was perfect and pretty much in the heart of the action. The staff was friendly and allowed me to check in early free of charge. My one issue was the continental breakfast which was included in package was very limited so I ended up paying for options which my party could eat.

Friendly staff, close to the beach. Only used the breakfast comps once, it wasn’t the greatest. I asked butter for my toast, the gentleman said they don’t have.

Had a great stay at the Park Central South Beach hotel. The staff were very courteous and professional with any questions or requests upon arrival. Shout out to Lydia and Marcus at the front desk for being extra helpful during my stay! There are three buildings spread across the property with a ground level pool and a rooftop glass bottom pool with a terrace overlooking the beach. There are also 3 restaurants with patio seating right on the sidewalk and a lobby and pool bar. The room was clean and updated with amenities like an in room fridge, coffee maker, tv, and ample storage space. The one issue I did encounter was with the air conditioning unit not being able to keep the room cooler than 78 degrees, luckily there was a ceiling fan that was able to keep the room cool enough during the day and night. There is a free continental breakfast offered every day with voucher and 15%off the hotel restaurants to guests staying. With its unbeatable location on South Beach and gorgeous grounds the Park Central is one of the gems of Miami.

We had originally booked another hotel, but the air conditioner went out in the original booking. We had to cancel and find one close to the cruise port. We booked here and we're extremely happy with the service and the staff the amenities everything was wonderful. We will definitely be coming back here.
