The Colony Hotel

Was not too crazy about the bathroom but for the location gotta suck it up!!! Love it

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is absolute top—right near the beach and perfectly situated. The staff are super friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast was mega delicious, and being able to grab hot meals for lunch or dinner at the hotel was a huge plus. We also loved the extra touches, like having beach towels, chairs, and toys available for use. Plus, having a convenient parking garage nearby made everything stress-free. Highly recommended! Aside from that, staff and location was great. The people upstairs kept making so much noise the last few nights sounded like furniture moving. Besides that it was a good overall stay

Location Small rooms but that’s expected

Iconic hotel excellently located right on Ocean Drive. Room was equipped with its own mini-fridge, was well-ventilated and a CVS convenient-store was conveniently located right next door. Food not included and a bit overpriced. No power outlets near the bed either.

Cute older “Scarface” themed hotel right on South Miami Beach. The rooms are a bit small and outdated, no space to even leave our suitcases out. Beds were extremely squeaky. Honestly, the beds were the worst part as there were four of us in the room and all the squeaking was annoying. Staff was great, very friendly, especially Luca in the restaurant. Very convenient to have an air-conditioned restaurant on site, food is a bit pricey, but it’s comparable to all the restaurants, nearby. Location of the hotel is excellent. It’s also very nice that they lend out beach equipment for day use.

El alojamiento es super me gustó mucho y estaba super limpio y lo mejor de todo es que la habitación que me toco no se escucha nada del ruido de afuera descanse muy bien la cama es muy buena , lo único es que el baño es un poco pequeño pero de lo demás super bueno

Location was perfect, staff couldn't do enough for you. Complimentary towels, chairs and parasols to take to beach across the road. Only 1 suggestion would be for the room to have drawers to store clothes. Would definitely recommend to all family and friends

The location was only good thing. Property needs a major upgrade. Beds were no bueno and squeeky.

Great location- right opposite South Beach, friendly, helpful staff. Perfect for a short stay. Lovely art deco features. No parking.

Fantastic location and helpful and friendly staff. We only had one short night at the hotel so did not experience the full benefits, but would return. The room was a little small for a family of 4 with little room for our luggage, so any longer than 1 night would probably be too much.
