We had a great time! The property is beautiful, ocean front location, lots of shops and restaurants nearby! The staff are very friendly and helpful! The rooms are comfortable and well kept! They offer plenty of amenities to entertain guests. Definitely recommend this resort for a nice beach vacation!

Beautiful, clean room, stafff was always present and great. Beautiful artwork all around. Short walk downtown the beach. Everything was perfect can wait to go back

Overall Rating: 8/10 Beautiful art gallery entry and great suite, but dreary hallways. First impressions in the lobby were wonderful—the hotel functions as a gorgeous art gallery, and the artwork throughout the main entry is stunning. However, the contrast once you head to the rooms is jarring. The elevators are small and slow, and the dark gray, low-lit hallways feel uninviting for an upscale hotel. Thankfully, the room itself was excellent! It felt like a full apartment (minus a stove) with an L-shaped couch, a pseudo-kitchenette with a microwave and sink, a very nice bathroom, and a wonderful, huge king bed in a separate bedroom. Our 5th-floor room faced an adjacent building not ideal since there was no view. Overall, at $1,350 for five nights, having a spacious suite with direct beach access and a fantastic pool right on Collins Avenue was a great value. The staff were kind and helpful. The hotel offers bicycles free for 2 hours daily. We enjoyed the bicycling, there's so much to see and do. Dark gray hallways and low lights did not feel like an upscale hotel. No view from our room.

Huge rooms and clean. Bed was comfortable. Only steps from the beach and the pool was amazing. Hallway just a little creepy being painted all black

Had an ocean view balcony room and it was the best experience. Saw the sunrise every morning and enjoyed a lovely breeze. The staff was very helpful. Every room service order was delivered in 15-20 minutes and the food tasted great. Just an amazing over all.

Location is perfect room net and clean No breakfast with room rate and parking very expensive
-
It has a great location in Miami Beach, close to many restaurants, bars, and shops. It is also right in front of the ocean, which is a big plus. Additionally, it is very close to the Miami Beach Convention Center, making it especially convenient if you are visiting for an event or exhibition. It doesn't have any restaurant. The breakfast is very expensive and slow.

Clean room with comfy bed and pillows. Pool and beach amenities were also very nice.

The rooms need to be upgraded. We had an incident in our room on the last night, but it was quickly taken care by Melody. We would definitely return again.
-
concern as well; we couldn't watch our Apps due to the TV not having an internet connection, and management downplayed it as a fringe benefit and not a hotel amenity. Nevertheless, overall, the staff were amazing and kind. And I absolutely loved the art vibe, with the different art themes all throughout the hotel.

Friendly and welcoming staff. The rooms and furniture are outdated. A piece of material fell from the bathroom window, exposing rust and build up dirt.

As for what’s available for the beach, it was slightly annoying to have to pay extra for umbrellas and only get towels and chairs as part of the “resort fee.” That felt like a bit of a ripoff. I didn’t dislike the hotel but it’s definitely not a resort so I don’t know why they charged a resort fee. If I was in a pinch, I’d stay there again but otherwise I’d probably explore elsewhere.

Third time staying here. It never disappoints

Reception staff were very good. Good WiFi, pool, beach beds Having to pay for a parasol on the beach. 2 beach beds without a parasol is ridiculous. No courtesy room if no late checkout available.
-
This is a well located property with pool and back area. Perfect for everyone in the family. The rooms are spacious and the hotel has everything you need. The walk in pool is certainly a big hit.
