UPSUN HOTEL

Beautiful hotel with one of the area's most popular breakfast spots. Make sure you stop for a coffee or take it up to the rooftop. Be aware that the beach options they provide are not close, but they are worth the trip. Parking was ideal in the area or in the garage. Staff was amazing. Rooms could be a bit more fully furnished given the amount of space, but overall very comfortable, plus the balcony is a convenient add-on when you need a breath of fresh air.

Candi Rati and the entire staff, I encountered were SUPER FANTASTIC!!!! I regret that I had a brief stay; I anticipated be extremely spoiled and pampered by the staff!! Awesome!!!

The friendly helpful staff! Wish there was more lobby room but the cafe was nice.

Great location, lovely rooftop pool, beach towels, complimentary sun beds at the beach, clean room, comfortable bed, staff all friendly and easy to get a reasonably priced late check out. On a couple of occasions there wasn’t staff present at reception or the parking garage and we had to wait a while or go and find them.

Location The facilities and the lack of space in the rooms for toiletries … no hanging space in the shower or bathroom. Balcony with bars obscuring views! Never stay there again! No laundry facilities etc

Very clean ,, good location, quiet and staff very welcoming. Pool area nice. Overall spot on - maybe some hooks in the bathroom to hang towels and a few more hangers.

The location. I didn’t like that my room was switched to a different room on my day of arrival. Was given a much smaller room with no balcony. When a balcony was paid for back in April of 2025. Was told there was an error in the booking department. But this happened to another couple. Had no choice but to stay here. But will never stay here again. I am going to book direct from now on because this was horrible.
