The wifi didnt work well everything i ask took too much time the don’t clean the room you need always to ask

Staff were excellent and couldn't do enough for us!

Superb hotel in a great location, close to ocean drive but without the hustle. Staff are superb, helpful and efficient. Great wee cocktail bar

Pool is rather small but had no issues getting a sun lounger as it wasn’t too busy. Very central location if you are there for the beach and Ocean Drive.

The location was great. Room was small. No ice machines, had to get from the lobby’s coffee shop every time we needed. The mini fridge didn’t keep liquids as cool as we’d like. No microwave so leftovers gone to waste. Didn’t particularly care for dogs that’s allowed in the lobby simply b/c of my allergies.

We love staying here. It has a great location, the staff is great & they’re always cleaning. Everyone is so nice as well

The staff is very nice and helpful. The hotel location is perfect. The room is clean and spacious enough. The bathroom is up to date. Inside the lobby, you can find a coffee shop and a bar with the barman Joshua, who is amazing. The hotel offers beach towels. The swimming pool is small but does its job. The only criticism is there are no parasols to protect from the sun. If you are looking for tranquility, avoid the rooms on the first floor close to the lobby..I really recommend this hotel.

Very attentive staff and great location for tourists! However was not clean when we arrived and overall the room was not in great shape :( air conditioning was great tho for the Miami heat!

The location No seats on the beach included, no cleaning during the stay, no towel replacements, no coffee pods in the room every day.

Convenient for solo travelers or travelers on a budget. Great staff I love the self check in and self check out.
