Good location. Good service. Beautiful beach. The staff was very helpful. I recommend this place.

Amazing ocean view and friendly staff. We really enjoyed the beach food, drinks, and towel service. The pool and jacuzzi are quite small, and unfortunately, the sofa bed wasn’t comfortable enough for sleeping, especially considering the extra cost of the Ocean View Suite.

I had a great stay at this property! The room was clean and comfortable, and the beach view was beautiful. The beach staff were especially friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made the experience even better. The location was perfect for a relaxing Miami getaway, and I really enjoyed being so close to the beach. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!

The room was fantastic. Very clean, full kitchen, eating area, balcony, bedroom with washer and dryer. There was construction next door that the hotel cannot do anything about. It can be loud during the day due to the construction of your want to sit on the balcony. The property was very nice and had its own private beachfront with umbrellas and 2 kids of seating on the beach. Most of the staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I got a free upgrade for using Expedia which was very nice. It was an energetic place but if you wanted to stay in your room and enjoy the amenities it was very nice. Negative The pool and bar area are small given the size of the property so they can fill up completely which will make you have to sit on the beach if you want to stay outside. To use the elevator to get to the pool/beach area you have a short walk across the parking garage but if you can do stairs you can go through the lobby which is a more esthetic experience, although you will walk past the open seating restaurant and bar. I wish the restaurant had more food options inside. There is only 1 ice machine so if your in room refrigerator isn’t making ice you will have to take the elevator and go a long way for ice. Note This is a very family oriented property so if you aren’t a fan of being around kids it’s not for you.

When that building is done, I will come back.

The apartments are absolutely amazing. Beautiful views and well equipped kitchens. Great for families! Private beach with nice staff. Gym machines could get renovated, but I can see they’re doing it step by step.

The location is amazing and absolutely beautiful. You can enjoy both the pool and the beach, and the hotel itself is glamorous and beautiful. The staff is incredibly kind, friendly, and wonderful. I also loved that I was able to speak Spanish with everyone throughout my stay, which made the experience even more comfortable and welcoming. My stay was pleasant overall, but unfortunately I had issues with missing belongings. After checking out of room 1005 on August 1, the coffee maker base/heating unit I had left in the room could not be located. Later, after staying in room 1808B, my daughter’s Crocs also went missing, and the staff was unable to locate them. Unfortunately, neither item was ever found.
