Property felt dated.

I would certainly think twice about staying here as my original stay was a week but checked out after 1 night

Front desk people speak no English Roaches in the hotel Smells horrible in the rooms Stay away from this place

Unfortunately I was only there for one night & didn't arrive until 10pm so didn't get to see or do much. But the staff I had a privilege of dealing with were all great & the room & view from room was great and I only wish I could have stayed longer!

Internet was horrible. I was supposed to work from ,y room but I couldnt even check the emails.

Was only here for one night before a cruise, hotel was ok for the price, wouldn’t stay here for longer than a night

The staff was helpful whenever I needed directions or assistance. My only minor concerns were that the room floor was a bit sandy and the bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Overall, for the price, the beachfront access and convenience made it well worth it. I would definitely stay here again!

Muy bueno, calidad y precio, pasé mi cumple y todo estuvo genial y con 2 niños. Le puedo repetir en un futuro, lo recomiendo.

Young lady that checked us in was not so inviting or hospitable. If you are working with travelers, the first thing we want to see is an inviting smile- it’s vacation! Other than that our room was clean when we arrived- nice remodel of the entire resort however it does have a weathered smell- it’s an old building. Parking is $30/day I will return for another stay-cation!

I like the location near Collins Avenue. It was pet friendly. I brought my dog to hotel. Also the beach was good at hotel. The only thing that the hotel is old an it has a smell at lobby due to construction.

I The breakfast isn't anything special—a bit pricey for what it is. I thought it was included in the price.

Exceptional

Negatives: 1. Construction was happening at the smaller area by the pool and it was obnoxiously loud and completely unbearable. I could not truly enjoy myself like I wanted to as a result of this. Also, it was NOT stated on their website that construction would be happening. Lastly, I told the hotel staff and the gentlemen stated it was on their site but that was and is false, because I checked multiple times and did not see anything. I even asked the AI 24/7 chat bot and it said “I could not find anything specific information regarding construction”, but that was not true since you can clearly hear and see the construction going on. 2. I attempted to order the “Marco Polo” drink but the bartender stated they “ran out” of the specific alcohol needed to make the drink and in my opinion that is poor inventory management. Positives: 1. Pool was absolutely amazing and the water felt great and relaxing 2. The Pool Bar hamburger and fries was very good and flavorful. Overall, the stay was not entirely terrible but the construction happening by the pool put a major damper on my trip. I came here to relax and get away not hear loud construction the whole time. hope management knows this was a major inconvenience and should care about the guests enough to find a better solution or inform guests before booking.

Front desk Jennifer upgraded our room for free. Beach was not as beautiful like Destine. But for an overnight stay with a huge pool and beach front that’s near in the Cruise terminal it’s worth it, book this Hotel you won’t regret it. You car is safe with Valet staff. It’s the Cheapest around the area but clean and good staff- that matters most to an overnight travellers like us! Thank you!

No es tan bueno

The valet staff were friendly, welcoming and professional throughout our visit, and the gentleman distributing towels was also courteous and helpful. In addition, we had a lovely view from our balcony. Unfortunately, these positives were completely overshadowed by the condition of the hotel, the room we were allocated and the standard of service we received. Dear Hotel Management, I am writing to formally complain about my stay at Ramada Marco Polo Resort, North Miami Beach, on 14–15 June 2026. I would like to begin by acknowledging the few positive aspects of our stay. The valet staff were friendly, welcoming and professional throughout our visit, and the gentleman distributing towels was also courteous and helpful. In addition, we had a lovely view from our balcony. Unfortunately, these positives were completely overshadowed by the condition of the hotel, the room we Having just completed a long journey to reach the hotel, our first impression was extremely disappointing. Upon entering reception, we were immediately struck by how dated the area appeared and by a noticeable damp smell throughout the lobby. This was not the welcoming arrival experience we expected. The reception staff who checked us in were rude, dismissive and appeared entirely uninterested in us as guests. There was no warmth, professionalism or effort to make us feel welcome. When we arrived at our room, the situation deteriorated further. The room had clearly not been prepared properly for occupancy. There were no towels, no shower curtain and no body wash or liquid soap provided. More concerningly, there were cleaning products, including what appeared to be a bottle of bleach, left on the balcony. Our room door was also partially blocked by a cleaner’s trolley, which we had to move ourselves in order to access the room. We contacted reception immediately to report these issues. Towels were eventually provided, however we were informed that the cleaning products belonged to housekeeping staff who had apparently gone on their break in the middle of cleaning the room and left their supplies behind. We were also told that we should never have been checked into the room in that condition.
