The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Rooms are a bit small for a family of four but very clean and comfortable. The pool is large and the music by the pool was great. Very relaxing vacation.

This is a 5 star experience. Check in was perfect thanks to Diego. Courtney was a very attentive manger and all of our needs were accommodated. Stunning renovation, great staff. Beach and pool were lovely as well.

I hadn’t stayed at the Delano in over 13 years. The updates were all so well done and the new dining options world class. I can’t recommend highly enough.

But the Pool had very limited hours, making it hardly usable So we really didn't get the experience we were hoping for We had stayed at the Delano under prior ownership and , we felt it lost some ambience with the new construction

The staff were helpful but the overall experience was okay. IMO it’s definitely overpriced compared to One Hotel and Edition.

Very slow, non-responsive service. Pool organizers were awful and you had to be down at the pool at about 630a to reserve a lounge chair or perhaps give a huge tip in advance. All staff had their hand out for tips for doing any little thing.

We enjoyed the style of the hotel - and the beach/pool areas the most.

Noisy rooms. We could hear our neighbors like they were in our room especially when they came in st 3 am every morning.
