The room was okay. It’s overpriced honestly. The maintenance people didn’t come look at the water pressure for the shower. The beds are HARD. They wasn’t comfortable at all.

No breakfast.... Staff was friendly , water fountain not working on 1st floor. The pool was good condition. Water felt slimy on your body

Terrible smell of must throughout the first floor hallway. Property is poorly maintained (visible and excessive dirt/crud on the doors and baseboards). In the room, there was a constant condensation that was present on all the furniture despite wiping multiple times. Parking is not free, you have to pay to park each night. The water dispenser on the first floor does not work. The gym has limited equipment. The side entrance to the hotel does not work/open when the key card is used. Also key card to my room would not open the door to my room (this happened twice). Please reconsider your thoughts of booking with this establishment.

Everything was fine

The most concerning issue occurred when we returned from the water park and discovered that our room had been reassigned to another guest after housekeeping mistakenly reported it as unoccupied. We were unable to access the room with our key, and another guest was already inside. This created a very uncomfortable and stressful situation. While the lobby was clean and looked nice, the hallways and guest room areas did not meet my expectations. Customer service was also disappointing, as the issue was not handled in a way that made us feel valued as guests. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel for families with children. The condition of the property and the level of service did not provide the comfortable family-friendly environment we were expecting.

The hotel was very nice on the inside, some updates could be made but the restaurant attached was amazing. Close to the interstate so can be loud at night but it was good for a night stay.

There was no continental breakfast, and they charge you $10 to park, which is not listed in the Ad.

Prices are cheap. Checkin/out was easy. The lobby is the only clean area in the hotel. The hallways, elevator and rooms smell. The room is a nice size. But was very dirty. The bathroom had hair and scum everywhere. The whole room gave me the ick. The air and heat worked fine. The pool are was ok. The food at the connected restaurant was good. Overall it give motel vibes. The front desk staff were great!

The room was infested with roaches and I had ro request room service. I will never stay there again.
