Clean, good staff

Rooms were spacious, enjoyed having the living room set up as well as the outdoor area with the lights, with the view of the lake was relaxing. Staff were kind and friendly. My only downside will be the breakfast, even the items that was supposed to be "hot" were cold and didn't have much options.

For travelers visiting Miami, especially those arriving after a long day of travel, that level of service makes a big difference. Everything felt easier and more organized, and I appreciated the staff’s willingness to assist. Advice to other travelers: If you’re looking for a convenient, stress-free stay, Holiday Inn Express is worth considering. My experience here was significantly better than my previous hotel, particularly when it came to customer service and handling guests’ needs.

The hotel is just minutes away from dolphin mall, international mall and a lot of fastfood and restaurants. The rooms are spacious. The only thing during our stay was that the cleaning department was understaffed which the room hasn't been cleaned for 2 days. They have only bring clean towels.

The breakfast was a wide variety of items.

It’s was a nice and chill hotel, had free breakfast and rooms were clean. Public areas tended to be a little messy but would get cleaned up after a while. Staff was really nice and accommodating.

Great staff- very friendly Clean rooms The breakfast staff started closing the doors and cleaning up about 15 minutes before breakfast officially ended, which made us feel rushed and a little uncomfortable. If breakfast is advertised as being served until 9:00 a.m., I believe guests should be able to enjoy the full breakfast service until 9:00. After that, the staff can gradually start clearing and closing the breakfast area. It’s a small detail, but it would make the overall breakfast experience much more relaxed and enjoyable.

The room was nice. The AC wasn't working all that well. The property was well maintained. The ice machine on our floor was broken and had to go down to the 5th floor each time for ice.

Close to the airport. Really quiet. Just by the side of a lagoon. They didn't prepare the bed for our son. We arrived late and still had to make the bed.

I'd stay here again if planning to be here in Miami..

Location, the beds were very comfortable and rooms were very good! The breakfast was very basic and they closed very early (9am) and also, when we were there, they started to close 10 minutes before closing time!

Everything was great enjoyed my stay

We stayed for 3 nights. The property is near the Airport and just 10min drive to downtown Miami. Faizal at reception was very friendly and welcoming. The view to Blue Lagoon was exceptional. Parking is free. Breakfast has decent options, I would recommend to have an additional pan cake machine to avoid the queues.

I did like that it was short distance from the airport and the shuttle crew were very friendly and helpful. I’m already planning my next trip for Miami and it will be the same place. The only thing I disliked about the hotel was breakfast shut down at 9am. If you’re 5 minutes late, you are on your own.
