Fantastic property! Great breakfast and wonderful pool. Laundry facilities were a great help. Close by to cruise terminals

Upon checking we were greeted by friendly staff, made us feel welcomed. The room was super quiet, clean, beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good, choices of coffees, juices, cereal, oatmeal, fresh fruit, bagels etc.

In addition, our AC did not work so while the hallways are inexcusably freezing, we slept in 80*. The front door staff and the shuttle drivers are great

Close to airport. Large rooms and efficient shuttle transportation. Great breakfast. Shuttle only runs on the hour to airport.

The hotel is showing its age and is due for a remodel. It was fine and no real complaints but not your typical Hyatt property.

The location and also it has a calm atmosphere. Not too busy. Breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast. The parking fee is not mentioned on the booking ad. The rooms are clean and comfortable but you do start to notice that it’s time for an upgrade.

Clean room and friendly staff. The van driver who picked us up from the airport and drove us back was so friendly and he gave great suggestions for dinner places close by if we were not eating at the hotel restaurant. Comfortable bed with the exception of the pillows which were super thin. Breakfast was great! Would definitely stay there again next time we are on a lay over in Miami.

This property was an excellent choice to stay out before and after our cruise. The large two bedroom suites are available at very reasonable rates. The hotel is extremely clean and well maintained. The staff is also very friendly.

This was my first time at Hyatt House. I am impressed with this property. The room was clean and comfortable. The complementary breakfast was more than I expected. Great selection. The Front Desk staff was exceptional. I will stay there again

A wonderful hotel option for larger families (we have three kids and often struggle finding hotel rooms large enough). This place is great!
