Breakfast was excellant Housekeepers didn't vaccum prior to my stay and there was nasty hair looked like pubic hair all on the floor beside the couch!

It would be a good Idea to have the shuttle schedule listed in the lobby.

Everythin

Our stay at this location was exceptional! Room and bathroom was very spacious and clean. We arrived early from our cruise and the front desk staff checking us in was very accommodating; allowing us to wait in the lobby until the room was cleaned! We were able to check in a little early, so that was very appreciated. What was interesting is that this location has a large entertainment/bar area with a nice view, pool table and foosball table. The breakfast was fantastic! They had a large variety of options and even though the hotel was full, the breakfast staff (three ladies) made sure everything was replenished (during the breakfast time rush hour) before it completely ran out. I would have given this location a 10+ had it not been for an avoidable injury incident. The only reason I gave it an 8 was that my 7 year old grandson got hurt in our room when the marble slab for the windowsill fell on his leg. I call the front desk and was told a manager would be coming up, but we got no response. I had to treat his wounds using my first aid kit. I hope they affixed that slab properly so that no one else gets hurt.

Everything was amazing no complaints

Very convenient location as it is 6 minutes from the airport. Property was clean as well as the room. Stayed for 14 days and I can honestly say I was satisfied. The added bonus of have breakfast provided every morning was convenient.

At first glance this property looks clean and nice. However, upon hanging out in the room a bit, we found mold on the lamp shades. We decided to do our best to ignore it and not just touch it. However, neither of us could sleep all night because all we could hear was scratching. I could not tell you if it was rats or what. But the scratching continued the entire night long. Honestly, so grossed out. Really bummed as we had to get up extremely early for a flight, will not be starting there again.

Shower was clogged

Great place to stay near the airport at an affordable price. Loved the spacious rooms, and the complimentary breakfast and facilities. The parking garage was difficult to enter and exit using the machine but overall a great value stay. I would stay here again.
