I like the room I like the decoration and the view lobby. They have a good food I enjoyed the food was delicious and I’m looking forward to go back.

Staff was nice. We had an early flight and we were able to pay a fee to check in @ 9 am and it worked out perfectly.

Bar staff are fantastic.

Overall a good standard and value for money

The rooms need to be updated, but the overall experience was nice. I would recommend it and I will probably return in the future.

Disappointed. The bathroom was dirty.

I expected more from this hotel; unfortunately the hallway smelled of dog urine and elevators smelled like a wet dog. Smelling so terrible that you had to hold your breath to get to the room. Room was not cleaned properly stains on seats and bathroom still had hair on towels, shower and ceiling of bathroom toilet had stains of water signaling hasn’t been cleaned properly. Hotel is run down and in desperate need of a face lift. Staff members were pleasant just the actual facility is awful. Breakfast was ok nothing special for the price that’s being charged. Also you can hear everything from the halls and doors slamming in your room hard to get young child to sleep.

The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. I love doing staycations here.

Je souhaite déposer une plainte concernant notre séjour au Pullman Miami Airport, que nous avions réservé par l’intermédiaire d’Expedia. Nous étions deux familles, avec quatre enfants âgés de 2 à 11 ans. Nous avions choisi cet hôtel principalement en fonction des services annoncés dans notre réservation, notamment l’accès à la piscine, le transport entre l’hôtel et l’aéroport ainsi que le petit-déjeuner inclus. Malheureusement, aucun de ces services n’a pu être utilisé comme prévu. 1. Piscine inutilisable en raison de travaux À notre arrivée, des travaux étaient en cours directement au niveau de la piscine. Des employés effectuaient notamment des travaux de coupe de béton, générant beaucoup de bruit et de poussière, qui tombait directement dans la piscine. Nous nous sommes présentés à la réception afin de signaler la situation. On nous a indiqué que la piscine était tout de même considérée comme fonctionnelle. Toutefois, dans ces conditions, avec le bruit des travaux et la poussière de béton qui tombait dans l’eau, nous avons évidemment jugé qu’il n’était pas sécuritaire ni agréable d’y baigner les enfants. Nous avons d’ailleurs une vidéo à l’appui démontrant clairement la situation. 2. Transport vers l’aéroport impossible à utiliser Nous avions également choisi cet hôtel en raison du transport vers l’aéroport qui était inclus dans notre réservation. Booked hotel and advised for the 20th through 21st of August I would be coming in late at about 7 AM and just need a few hours of sleep with my eight year-old daughter. Even after messaging the hotel, upon arrival, the hotel said they would not honor my reservation, even though I was booked and paid in full, and that I could book again for the present night. Did not provide a printout of the no show claim and would not provide a refund. Beyond useless For support.

Not much “It was NOT worth the value for the price.”

Our biggest issue was housekeeping. When my boyfriend asked about having the room cleaned, he was told rooms were only cleaned every three days. This was extremely uncomfortable, especially after our trip had unexpectedly been extended because of a canceled flight. If daily housekeeping is not provided, that should be clearly explained to guests at check-in along with how to request service. We otherwise enjoyed the property and appreciated the helpful staff, but the housekeeping situation significantly affected our second experience.

Special shoutout to COREY, who was extremely helpful to my friends with valet and parking! Carlos at the front desk was also great, along with another helpful gentleman whose name started with C that I unfortunately cannot remember. The staff definitely contributed to our positive experience. My boyfriend did have a fall one evening and we did not receive any compensation related to the incident, which was disappointing. Overall, though, we enjoyed our stay enough that when our flight was unexpectedly canceled on August 10, we chose to return to the Pullman for another night.
