Super friendly staff and very clean. Perfect stay

When I arrived at the hotel the overnight front desk person got little bit upset because I was asking for a receipt or something showing about the security deposit and when I was explaining it to him that my company ask for a document every time I use the card including the security deposit. But instead of helping me he got frustrated with me. Not a good image while you arrived by 12am. But other than that the hotel is great! Breakfast team and the morning personnel are great. Rooms are great the hotel in general are great. Except that overnight situation.

The hotel was clean. The breakfast was great. The airport shuttle was a plus and can be used until 11pm. The shuttle driver was friendly and gave suggestions to places to eat close by since we arrived late at night. Booked this hotel because the shuttle also takes you to the port(paying a fee). I called a couple days before arriving to reserve 2 spots on the shuttle and Alejandro (person who works the front desk) told me that I didn't have to reserve at that moment that I could do so when I checked-in. The day I checked-in I asked the girl about the shuttle to the port to which she informed me that the spaces where already booked that I had to call before-hand and reserve the spots. Thank God the Uber came out the same price as the shuttle fee. So if using the shuttle to the port, please call and insist they reserve the spots.

Good shower, good bed, good breakfast They left me waiting for the transportation, more than 50 min, totally wet. I called back to ask what happened and they said to I get an Uber . It’s totally unfair

Everything! Great price, room was clean, front desk staff were amazing! The shuttle to the airport was prompt and they even had to go breakfast bags for those who had to leave early. Nothing

Accessing the shuttle at the airport was to no avail but the return was good. Breakfast was also good.

Location Management and workers Picture of door was 1st room provided. Door was unable to close. 2nd room was across hall from 1st. At approximately 10pm maintenance men were banging and using electric drill to fix the door waking all in my party. Asked the workers why they would disturb patrons and person said the people in room could not close door. This picture was taken between 8-10 am the next day. Was not fixed. No one in room. The shuttle driver was the only person that was helpful.
