Hilton Garden Inn Miami Airport West

The room was clean but could use some repair. The amenities were sufficient.

The staff was very helpful. We stayed for one night and it was very comfortable. The food at the restaurant was delicious.

Lots of hotels say never pay for parking this is not a good look for this Hilton no other Hilton I been to does this

Cleaning rooms every other day.

The room - 601 - was well appointed - spacious and a great view. The bathroom was very comfortable - more than enough room. The breakfast buffet was spectacular and delicious - great coffee! The bed was super comfortable. The bed pillows were much too soft - no head support - they need to be newer and firmer. Also, the lighting in the room was very poor - not enough lighting at all at night by the beds - it can be a safety issue. The elevators are too slow and malfunctioned a lot.

Pool and hot spa were good

The Hilton is a fabulous, well kept hotel that really exceeded our expectations. Our room was upgraded and arranged wonderfully - running on the theme of love (we ended our honeymoon holiday here!). We were treated like royalty with bottles of Prosecco, strawberries, an array of chocolates, macaroons etc! Would highly recommend to anyone! A great pool also and hot tub outdoors! Nothing

We were offered an updated room at the extra cost to fit our needs that changed at last minute and we were allowed to check in early when the rooms were ready and the beds were so comfy I fell right to sleep after a week long cruise. The cost of breakfast was too high for us to buy breakfast on site

The property is clean and very well maintained. There is a restaurant and bar on site. The staff at the hotel, restaurant and bar are very pleasant and welcoming. The food is great. The drinks are just as great. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. The check in was seamless and quick, as was checkout. I would definitely recommend this hotel. My experience here was great.

Great location rooms on point common areas are under remodel, big roof leak from ceiling in main area had me questioning initially the rest of building. Pool spa doesn't get hot. Transportation required to get anywhere close to food or drinks or groceries. Staff was helpful and friendly. Washer and dryer on site was a bonus.
