The rooms were clean and the staff!!! I can’t say enough about them. From the welcoming feeling from the front desk to the housekeeping staff. The room was super clean and the bathrooms were clean and very modern and nice looking. Every morning Id talk to an older hispanic lady and she was soooo nice and always wanted to know if I needed anything or the room cleaned. If I'm ever in Miami again I will definitely come back.

The handicap room was okay. The tile was very sticky making it hard to more around with my walker. Plus they had carpet in the room making it hard to move around with the wheelchair. The AC was hard to regulate either too hot and humid or freezing.

We could not sleep well, because the fire incident, was not clear what happened nobody respond questions and we don’t know what really happened.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff was very respectful and responsive when I had inquiries. I appreciated that everything that was displayed when I researched hotel was there. Such as pool, gym etc. I also enjoyed the quietness. Room was very peaceful I never heard a pin drop. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Keep up the excellent work.
